Vaporwave as a concept completely born and evolved over the internet is fascinating to me. I’ve been hooked since it’s infancy with the creation of “Floral Shoppe” in 2011 and I witnessed it’s evolution since. I particularly enjoy watching this digital movement permeate into the physical world, with Vapor95 and other brick-and-mortar stores selling the aesthetic. This is a poster study of that aesthetic, and I plan on adding more indefinitely.
