I wanted to interplay the analog/digital textures of pixelation/grain. Using outrun aesthetic to frame and mold the colors with the textures. I enjoy how entropy reshapes cultural content and how each medium degrades over time, lending a reformed aesthetic and context. I also wanted to explore what intentional use of this degradation means for new pieces of media and what connotations serve the piece.
